30 Hour Festival in a Star Wars Film Location This Summer?
Les Dunes Electroniques might be the electronic music festival that all Star Wars fans never knew they needed in their lives. It’s hosted in the desert of Tunisia (Ong Jmel), which is where Star Wars scenes of Anakin Skywalker’s hometown, Mos Espa, were shot. Launching in 2014, Les Dunes Electroniques is coming back in 2019 and said to take place September 21-22, but the lineup hasn’t been announced yet.

It’s being organized by Handicrafts of the Republic of Tunisia and its Ministry of Tourism. More information is coming soon, but for now, you can check out the teaser video or grab your tickets here.
